Cemetery notes and/or description: Located on top of a Point by the right side of road traveling toward Floyd County, was known as the Bud Taylor Farm.

He was born about 1788 in Montgomery County, Virginia, according to family legend.

Henry Runyon was the son of John G. Runyon and his wife, Elizabeth M. "Betsey" Runner.
He had several brothers and sisters;
- Anne Runyon,
- Charity Runyon,
- Nancy Runyon Stafford,
- Susannah Runyon Varney,
- Adron Runyon, and
- Christina Runyon.
Henry married Hannah Elizabeth Collins/Collinsworth on 1 February 1810 in Tazwell County, Virginia, USA, and to this union were born nine children that have been accounted for through various documents.
