Francis, John Calhoun, Pike KY

John C Francis
Birth: 1854
Death: 1891

S/O William H Yankee Bill and Margrett Boney Francis

The grave of John C. is located across the creek behind Ralph Maryhorn's home on Pounding Mill. Although the grave is unmarked, Ralph says that the large tree in the picture came up several years ago through the middle of John C.'s grave.
There is only one marker on this cemetery and it is that of Sylvester "Ves" Bryant.
Ves was the second husband of Silvania Wolford.
He is buried to the left of John C. and it's marked by two rocks which aren't written on. This tree is visible from the road but it was fairly difficult for me to make it up to the grave to get this picture.
There are several other graves there but none of them have markers.
