"Ina Manning Burt"? Iva Manning was my 2nd cousin 3x removed, married Menzo Monroe Burt in 1903. Mabel D. Weimer was my 1st cousin 4x removed; she did not marry. Edna Fessenden Hemminger, my 2nd cousin 3x, Myrtle Fessenden, my 3rd cousin 3x; Myrtle did not marry, either.
