Sunday night, Mrs. Dunbar heard a great noise in the barn in which Jacob Kimm went to milk the cows. She went into the barn where she found that be had fallen in an epileptic fit and fallen near a cow, which frightened the animal and she began to rear and pitch and had considerably damaged the stall when Mrs. Dunbar entered the barn. Mr. Kimm was quite considerably hurt by the brute, but is gaining at this writing.
Julius Tauscher and wife of Fishing Creek, were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Tauscher.
No school this week on account of Institute week.
Miss Sophia Mosch expects to visit her parents during his(sic) vacation.
Mark Harvey transacted business in this place last week.
