John Christy Wetzel i have this photo as well.. just to name a few more. My great great great Aunt Hanora McGuire (b.1884) is the teacher in the back row(center with dark hair).. My great great Aunt Evelyn Cooney (b.1905) 1st on left back row. 5th boy in second row is my great grandfather Leonard Cooney(b.1908) and boy in front of Hanora is my great great uncle Clement Cooney(b.1907).

I just looked up the three known Costello boys in the front row of this picture to try to help date it. Clement E. Cooney was born in 1907, Sigmond J Mulauski was born in 1905, and Gerald A Rees was born 1904.

Oh, my interest is that my Great Grandfather was Carl Fowler born in 1904 from Costello, so maybe he is in the picture....

Sig Maloski & Genevieve Oloski I suspect are Mulauskis Michael Mulauski
Gennie Mulauski Weiss, 1st on left, 2nd row, was born in 1914, so that would put the photo about 1922? She is 105 years old in Coudersport. She was my neighbor as I was growing up on Center Park Street, a marvelous lady. I never knew her brother, Sigi (Sigmund Joseph).

John, if this school was in Costello, I don't think Genevieve (Mulauski) Weiss is in this picture because she was born (1914) after they moved to Coudersport. This picture would be older than 1914. Edward was born in 1899, Alberta 1902, Sigmond 1905, and Stanley 1907.

Makes sense, Michael, the more I think about it. With 11-15 years between Alberta/Edward and Gennie, they are not about to be in the same school photos... but Gen.Oloski sure looked like it could have been Gennie. The two photos below are labelled for her older siblings in the Portage school, no dates sadly, and apparently Gennie is not in them; but your dad is. [Labelled by Paul Blackham]. The first is a clearer edition of the one posted above by Lanny. I thought I had more pics of Gennie in grade school but I can't find them, if I do.
