Larry Herbstritt I played football in that lawn next to the church. When we got thirsty we would take a drink from the metal sap buckets hanging on the maple trees behind the church.

Howard Moore Bud was the oldest son of Elmo and Jean Wiemer. He left Sweden Valley and went in the military after graduation. I don't know what happened to him from that point.

John Christy Wetzel This is the plane Elno, listed as SSGT Elno Roe Weimer, flight engineer from Springfield, Ohio, was in (or like it) in which the crew disappeared, and an excerpt from a report about it. I did not know him, but I think we must have been related.
