Miss Lenna Alberta Benson Becomes Bride of Leon A. Snyder
At three o'clock this afternoon at the grange hall Valley Leon Archibard "Snyder and Miss Lenna Alberta Benson were united in the holy bonds of wedlock.
The bride was attired in a gown of rose colored satin messaline and was attended by Miss Hannah Haskins as maid of honor. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mortemer Benson of Sweden Valley where the family has resided for many years, and where they have many friends.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Snyder. He is a prosperous young farmer and will take his bride to his farm home on Sweden Hill. Oscar Snyder, brother of the bridegroom acted as best man and the marriage ceremony was performed by Rev. J. F. Leffler of Coudersport, in the presence of the immediate friends.
The hall was tastefully decorated for the occasion.
Mr. and Mrs. Snyder will take a wedding trip that will include niagara Falls and Rochester and will be at home to their friends after July first.
