Hi John,
here attached are my notes on Jacob Snyder. It outlines pretty much where I'm at with this research. Just a note: if you start digging around the Muncy area you'll find many Snyder/Schneider/Houseknecht/Sones names floating around. Is this just conincidence? Would welcome any ideas you have. I'm now curious about the possible NY Snyder connection and will start looking into that angle.
