MISS SARAH FLEMING
FAIRMONT. Feb. 2-1.-Requiem high mass will be observed at 8 o’clock Friday
morning at the St. Peters Catholic church in charge of Rev. Father P. J. Gilleseman
for Miss Sarah Fleming, 14, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Brooks Fleming,
who died at 12:30 o’clock this morning at the family residence of influenza and pleurisy.
Services will be held at the home, 508 Fairmont avenue. at 4 o’clock in the afternoon in charge
of the Rev. Father Edwin Hamlin. assistant pastor of the church. She was a granddaughter
of the late Governor and Mrs. Fleming, of Fairmont.
Her mother is the former Miss Marie Antoinette Boggess, a. daughter of the late E. Stringer
and Ollie Clifford Boggess, of Clarksburg. Mrs. J. E. Wilson and Miss Anne Boggess, both
of Clarksburg, are aunts, and other Clarksburg relatives include the Cliffords. McManaways.
Brennans, Dolans and others. Besides her parents. the members of the immediate family
who survive are three sisters, Caroline, a student at West Virginia University, and Ida and
Virginia, both at home.
