SUN CITY WEST - Minnie P. Taggart, 86, a retired hotel housekeeper, died Dec. 30, 1985, at Boswell Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Taggart, of Sun City West, was born fn Welsh, W.Va., and moved to Arizona three years ago from West Virginia. She was a member of Shepherd of the Hills United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Billie June Ledford; a sister; and ' two grandchildren. Friends may call between 4 and 6 p.m. today at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at her church, 12802 W. La Terraza Drive, Sun City. Memorial contributions may be made to the Memorial Fund of her church at the above address, 85375..
