Dies in Texas;
Buried Wednesday.
Clayton Deforest Lunn died suddenly
Saturday, January 27, 1951
at Big Lake, Texas where he was
working in the oil fields.
Mr. Lunn was born June 12, 1915
at Alma, N. Y., the son of Mrs.
Pete Ordway and the late Floyd
Lunn. He attended school in Alma
and, Bolivar. He had gone to Big
Lake last December.
Mr. Lunn is survived by his widow,
Mrs. Mildred Green Lunn, a son,
James, his mother Mrs. Pete Ordway,
a half-sister Mrs. William
White and a nephew Randy White.
The funeral was held Wednesday
afternoon, January 31, at 2 p.m.
at the home of Mrs. Ordway. Rev.
Homer Cole officiated.
Pallbearers were Mr. Leland
Dickerson, Mr. Raymond Lunn, Mr.
Merle Richardson, Mr. Keith Day,
Mr. Guy Day jr and Mr. Clifford
Mattison.
Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery
In Wellsville.
