MARRIED:
At the house of Mrs. Cheesbro, in Homer, Dec. 3, by R.T. Clafflin, Esq, BENJAMIN BOOTH, of Sylvania, to MARY GREEN, of Hebron.

DIED.
At Base Corps Hospital, 18th Army Corps , near Point of Rocks, VA, November 14th, 1864, after a short but severe illness, JAMES K. BROOKS, of Company D, 207th Reg't Pa. Vols., youngest son of Matilda and Calvin Brooks, of Hector, Potter County Pa, aged 20 years, 10 months, and 5 days.
The deceased was a brave soldier, a true friend, and a warm hearted patriot, and leaves behind him a large circle of friends to mourn his death. JAMES V. LEACH,

I think Mrs Cheesbro would be Laverne Hall Cheesbro my 2nd great Aunt sister of Louisa Hall Clark my 2nd great grandmother. Mrs Cheesbro lost 2 sons in the civil war and her sister lost one son.
