David Hemphill, 20, Dies Of Auto Crash Injuries
David P. Hemphill, 20, of Five Mile Road, Allegany, N. Y died in Buffalo General Hospital Sunday from injuries received in a one-car crash Nov. 24.
David was born in Coudersport Dec. 29, 1950, the son of Paul S. and Mildred Hillegas Hemphill. He was alone in the car when it left Five Mile Road and struck tree.
He was a 1968 graduate of Allegany High School and a member...
of its wrestling team. Surviving besides his parents are
two brothers,
- Pfc. Bruce, with the Marine Corps at Lake Hurst, N. J. and
- Daniel, at home;
two sisters,
- Virginia and Gail, both at home;
his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Hemphill St. Simon Island, Ga.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Hogan Funeral Home.
