On family search Calvin is mentioned in marriage of Bessie residing in Sinnamahoning Pa. in 1897. She was 16 and married a Wilbur Reed Gaines at that time. I think that is Cameron County. She had a guardian so Calvin May not have lived there

Bessie married 1st Wilbur/Wilbert Reed Gaines in 1897, per the record above posted by Brenda Kenealy Williams. They had at least two children. She married Martin W. Ellis Lananger in 1911 and they had at least two children. Martin would die 13 July 1957 in the Port Allegany Hospital of shock from severe burns incurred 7 days earlier when he was starting a fire with gasoline at a camp in Hamlin township, McKean County. His death certificate clearly says "Lananger", not "Lininger" Dorothy Reese, although Lininger seems more common and names do get interchanged sometimes among generations. Charles Crain, Bessie's guardian above when she married Wilbur Gaines, and his wife Harriet (0/0), were childless in the 1900 census, Grove, Cameron County, PA.

No surprise, Calvin is s photographer, e.g. in the 1880 census in Jones, Elk County, Penna where he is living with wife Mary nee Ernst and daughters Addie and Blanche. Bessie was born 23 Oct 1881.
