OBIT:
AUBURN--July 27--Death claimed a former Ellensburg woman here today when Mrs. Ella Irene Waggoner died Thursday morning following a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be held at the George W. Scott undertaking parlors here Saturday afternoon. The body will be shipped to Ellensburg and burial will be made in the Odd Fellows Cemetery at Thorp Sunday morning at 10 o'clock.

Ella Irene Pease was born December 21, 1862 at Sauk Center, Minnesota, there she lived until a young girl when she moved to Ellensburg with her father Benjamin Pease in 1877. Nine years later she became the wife of Johhn C. Waggoner being married at Ellensburg on July 29, 1886. They continued to live in Ellensburg until 1908 when they moved to the coast and took up their home there.

Mrs. Waggoner was a member of the Steele Lake Grange and the Ladies of the Gar Circle.

She leaves to mourn her passing J. C. Waggoner, one daughter, Mrs. Estella H. Walton of Auburn, one sister, Nora Burlingham of Buxton, Oregon and three brothers, Edgar Pease of Ellensburg, Perry of Toppenish and Bert of Caldwell, Idaho.
