BEATEN BY BURGLAR
Scared Away by Cries of Aged Woman After Cutting Telephone.
Coudersport, PA April 3. --
A masked man broke into the home of Mr and Mrs William Suhr, an aged couple residing near Ulysses., after cutting the telephone wires outside the house. Both of the old people were struck over the head with a club, but the screams of Mrs Suhr scared the robber off before he had an opportunity to get the money which the old couple are known to have had in the house.
