Mr and Mrs Leon (Bud) Hamlin
Mr and Mrs Leon "Bud" Hamlin were honored at a fiftieth wedding anniversary party held Sunday, Aug. 20, at the couple's home.
The event was hosted by their children:
- Dr. Cary Hamlin of Long Valley, NJ and
- Lynne Hamlin of Thorndale.
Mr and Mrs Hamlin were married Aug 25, 1945 at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church in Port Allegany.
Mr Hamlin owned and operated Hamlin's 5&10 from 1946-1979 in Port Allegany and Hamlin's in Coudersport until 1984.
Mrs. Hamlin is a housewife.
They have three grandchildren:
Karin, Kiley and Adam.
