Mae is the daughter of Thomas T. Alexander(1856-1919) and Melissa Wyant (d. 1883).
She married Frank Hollenbeck Jr. and is the mother of

- John Conrad Hollenbeck (1919-1998;
- Conrad--name of his grandfather),
- Janet Knox Hollenbeck (1909-1998; named after her grandmother---my great aunt),
- Prudence Jean Hollenbeck (1917-1997),
- Catherine Ann Hollenbeck (named after her great grandmother---also my great aunt),
- Thomas Alexander Hollenbeck (1906-1981; named after her father),
- Gretchen Louise Hollenbeck (1915-2001).
- Elizabeth, (1904-1936).
Husband Frank died in 1931 and is buried in Ridge Cemetery , Freemont, Dodge County, Nebraska with his parents and young brother, Oscar.
Mae died while visiting her daughter in Flagstaff, Arizona July 13, 1969.
