Last Sad Rites
For James Moran
Saturday at Kinney
Saturday morning at St. Marys church in Kinney occurred the funeral services of James Moran, whose sudden death from apoplexy occurred on Wednesday.
He suffered the stroke while in his barn attending to his regular duties and lived but a few hours.
Deceased was sixty-two years of age and is survived by
- his wife
and three brothers,
- Patrick and
- Martin of Kinney, and
- William of colorado
and three sisters,
- Mrs. Bryan McGinnis of Genesee;
- Mrs. Dennis McGinnis of Eleven Mile; and
-Mrs. Mary Ward of Seattle Washington
and two adopted children
- James and
- Pearl.
Mr. Moran was born in Kinney and there he spent his useful years surrounded by neighbors and friends of a life time who honored and loved him for the integrity and purity of his life. In his passing Potter County loses one of her most honored citizens.
