George W. Higley, apparently from a tintype. Best quality I could get off ancestry source. He died 27 July 1864 in the notorious Andersonville prison and was buried in the Andersonville National Cemetery.

The burial register for the Andersonville National Cemetery. George is interred in gravesite #4058. His suffering must have been immense, in the Georgia heat and under unspeakable 'living' conditions.

On the other hand, a family tree indicates that he was buried in the Ford Hill Cemetery in Coudersport. Was he re-interred? If so, what is his final resting place?
