Yes, I have a large family for Lott L. or Lott B. King, his oldest sister marrying George Wetzel in 1860.

I had the impression that Singleton was an earlier married name, but I can't back that up yet. It may ot be her, true. We'll soon see, I hope.
Thanks again for your information.

BTW, I hope I don't mess you up by what I read, if I understood it right, and what I am about to write. Rebecca was married to Lott King. His sister is the one, still need to do more on the Wetzel line, that married a George Wetzel. So Rebecca would've been a sister in law to George.

Rebecca was my g g grandmother. I kind of doubt that is her. Singleton sounds like a maiden name and Watson would've been Catherine's maiden name. The death certificate of Rebecca Watson King has that she was a daughter of Catherine Watson and George Steel. That tells me that Catherine never married.

Hi dking116-
I must admit that I got this only from another tree, info:
JT Horton tawnhorton
I have no original documentation for this, but you might find more there.
Sorry, I wish I could have given you something more. Perhaps JT Horton can. She is the mother-in-law of the brother-n-law (Lott L. King) of my half 2nd great uncle (George W. Wetzel) (I research with a broad brush) :O)

I was looking at your tree and noticed that you have a death date for Catherine Watson for 1907. I know she had a child out of wedlock by George Steel/Steele. I am wondering where you found her death date. I have never found it.
