The children of Annie and Charles included Boyd St. Clair McCoy (1901-1979); Velva May McCoy Witten (1905-1978); Acie Jackson McCoy (1907-1948); Nellie Gray McCoy Vincent (1909-1983); Roma Lou Mccoy (1910-1922); Julia Alafair McCoy Dailey (1915-1999); Jettie Brown McCoy Heitzke (1919-1996); and Edward Dowl McCoy (1921-1930). Nannie McCoy passed on Oct. 20, 1922 (at age 39). She was interred at Maplewood Cemetery, at Tazewell, Tazewell County, VA. Charles McCoy lived until Sept. 23, 1942, passing at the age of 71.
