The 31-year-old third baseman for the Pittsburgh Pirates and his brother-in-law, Bernard Dexter, 35, of Kenmore, N. Y., were arrested about 3:00 o'clock last Wednesday morning by Leslie T. "Tom" Pendleton, chief deputy sheriff of McKean County, near his home south of Eldred on Route 446. Bail of $200 for the pair's appearance in court was provided by Dr. Robert A. Niles, of Port Allegany, it was reported.
