  residence jt: 20260318GHLn- obit Bradford Reporter 6 Apr 1865 BOILER EXPLOSION - On Monday morning 20th inst, the boiler in the steam saw-mill of the Barclay Co, at Barclay, exploded, scalding the engineer, Mr Isaac D Webber, so severely that he died in aboutn 50 hours after suffering most intense agony. The explosion occurred about r o'clock in the morning, while getting up steam, and the guages had but a moment previous been tested, and found all right. The boiler was a new one , and must have been defective. It is supposed that Mr Webber was standing in front of the boiler, oiling the machinery, a bulkhead being between him and the boiler. The force of th eexplosion drove the buklhead out of the mill, carrying him with it. Mr W. was from Springfield township, aged about 36 years. He leaves a wife and three children.
