Dr. Whitham, took place the marriage of Miss Edith Grace Booth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S.J. Booth, of Hebron, to William Seibert Olmsted of this place. Both are descendants of pioneer families of Potter County, the groom being the grandson of Henry J. Olmsted and the bride a granddaughter of Hugh G. Booth and Sala Stevens, all of whom were among the early settlers of the region. Miss Booth has been a successful teacher in the schools of Potter County and both young people have the wishes of many friends for a long and happy married life. They were accompanied to Olean by Mr. and Mrs. Perry Goodnoe and Miss Nina Olmsted. After the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Olmsted left for Buffalo, where they will reside.
