Record for Mitchell Runyon (107) facts 20250714GHLn- edited Old Pond Primitive Baptist Church, 1840's to present, Belfry, Pike Co., KY The Old Pond Primitive Baptist Church at Belfry, Pike Co., KY is one of the earliest churches in that area. Made of logs about 1843, the church has been regularly serving the Baptists from the Mates Creek Association. Elder Jessie Ball was the church's first moderator, with Albert McCoy and John McCoy as deacons, and Adron Runyon was clerk. The church, though restructured by extensions and brick, is still standing today.
